Support

Something broken, something confusing, or something you want us to build? Here is how to reach us and what to include so we can actually fix it.

1.Email us

support@accountabilitybros.ai

This address reaches the people who build the app. We read what comes in and reply as soon as we reasonably can. We do not publish a guaranteed response time — we would rather not promise a target we cannot always meet than publish one and miss it.

For something more specific, these reach the same team: billing@accountabilitybros.ai for subscriptions and refunds, privacy@accountabilitybros.ai for privacy and data-rights requests, and legal@accountabilitybros.ai for formal legal notices.

For anything that is a bug, the in-app report below is better than email, because it carries the details we would otherwise have to ask you for.

2.Report it from inside the app

On iPhone: Profile → Feedback & Support. This is usually better than email for a bug, because it sends your app version and device model with the report — the two things we always have to ask for otherwise.

3.What to include

  • What you were doing, and what happened instead.
  • Which device — iPhone, Apple Watch, or the website.
  • Roughly when it happened.
  • Whether it happens every time, or happened once.

Please do not send your password. We will never ask for it, and nobody here needs it to help you.

4.Reporting a person, or content

Abuse and objectionable content are handled inside the app, not by email, because that is where we can act on them. Every message has a report action, and you can block any user from their profile — blocking is mutual, and the person you blocked is never told.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. We are not an emergency service and cannot respond at that speed.

5.Reporting a security issue

If you have found a vulnerability — a way to reach another person’s data, bypass a check, or get the server to do something it should not — please tell us directly at security@accountabilitybros.ai rather than filing it through the normal support form.

Please include enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue you for reporting something you found in good faith. Do not access, modify or delete another person’s data while investigating — describing the path is enough.

6.Your subscription

  • Bought on iPhone? Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings — Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
  • Bought on the web? Manage or cancel it in Settings → Pro.
  • Pro follows your account, not your device. If you have Pro but a device is not showing it, sign out and back in on that device, or use Restore purchases on the Pro screen.

7.Deleting your account

You do not need to contact us. On iPhone: Profile → Delete account. On the web: Settings. What is removed and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that with Apple first.

8.Privacy and legal
